PASTRY COOK - MISSOURI ATHLETIC CLUB DOWNTOWN

We are searching for a full-time Pastry Cook. Experience is a plus, but we pride ourselves in teaching and molding new cooks! This position is mostly mornings, with the occasional evening and Holiday as needed. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and has great communication skills!

PASTRY COOK QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and food sanitation.
Able to work a flexible schedule and/or overtime

Leading production of cookies and our signature caramel rolls
Preparing and plating desserts
Assisting Pastry team in other projects
Rotating stock and cleaning workstation
Other job-related duties assigned
