Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations. Position Overview: As a pastry cook, you'll play a vital role in the delivery of our desserts. You will be responsible for preparing and baking all pastry and dessert items to company standards. You’ll ensure every product reflects our dedication to quality, precision, and presentation while maintaining an organized, efficient, and sanitary work environment. From food preparation to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Responsibilities: Prepare, bake, and assemble a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to established recipes and specifications Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all items Assist in daily prep, inventory, and ingredient organization Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to FIFO standards Prepare ingredients and assist in food production following recipes and restaurant guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Minimum of 1 year experience working in Pastry department. Knowledgeable on food safety guidelines. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Bilingual (not required however, it is a huge plus.) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
