Responsibilities

We’re looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are passionate about desserts and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their pastry career or with some professional kitchen experience who wants to build skills in a supportive, high-quality environment.
We offer a structured training program, a collaborative team, and flexible schedules to help support your other goals. Prior pastry kitchen experience is helpful but not required — what matters most is your excitement for pastry, good energy, and willingness to work hard.

At Oleana, you will:

  • Learn to compose beautiful, seasonal desserts alongside award-winning Pastry Chef Nik Mastalerz
  • Bake with high-quality ingredients, including local fruits, herbs, and an array of spices
  • Work on a close-knit team that meets the challenge of high standards and high volume service
  • Gain hands-on knowledge of Middle Eastern and Turkish-inspired flavors and techniques

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have a positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn
  • Work neatly, cleanly, and with attention to detail
  • Are able to follow recipes and directions carefully
  • Are comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate well and work as part of a team
  • Are punctual, reliable, and committed to good attendance
  • Can work weekends
