We are seeking an experienced Pastry & Dessert Production Cook who excels in producing high-quality desserts, pastries, and specialty items for a luxury environment. This role focuses on consistency, precision, and creative presentation, working alongside our talented culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our exclusive guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 23 years of professional pastry or dessert production experience in a fine dining or upscale environment.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry fundamentals, and dessert plating.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for consistency and presentation.
  • Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Culinary or pastry degree preferred but not required if experience is substantial.
