Responsibilities

This is a new full-time position created due to significant and continued business growth. Reporting directly to the Head Pastry Chef, you will be part of a supportive team and contribute to producing consistent, high-quality pastries and sweets.

Key Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Preparing and baking a range of pastries, including croissants, escargot, pain au chocolat, cruffins, cronuts, and donuts
  • Making and baking cakes and sweets such as banana bread, muffins, brownies, and specialty items
  • Shaping and finishing pastries with precision and consistency
  • Following recipes and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
  • General cleaning and maintaining bakery standards
