You don't mind a lot of plating and production duties and can multi-task with ease Clean work habits and have great attention to detail Resourceful and well organized Ability to multi-task & work with efficiency and ease amidst a fast paced and demanding environment Can stand & walk eight-hour shifts MUST have previous pastry experience- 2 year experience in bread production and plating Hold a current food handlers card Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts is a plus Drama-free and a team player is a must!!
