We are currently seeking a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in Claridge’s Restaurant.

As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, your main duties will be to:

  • Prepare ingredients for service working alongside Commis Chefs and the Chef de Partie
  • Ensure that the highest standards are maintained in the preparation of food
  • Support the Chef de Partie during service to ensure a smooth operation
  • Ensure that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the kitchen and front of house team

Successful candidates for our Pastry Demi Chef de Partie opportunity will:

  • Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • 5-star experience in a similar position is essential for this role
  • Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
  • Be a team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressured environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
