QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a substantial workload while maintaining efficiency.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines.
  • Accurately monitor and minimize wastage to ensure efficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing and preparing pastry products.
  • Work across various stations, including but not limited to fruit cutting, economy packing, juice preparation, basket assembly, plating, and food assembly.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations as outlined in the Food Safety Management System Handbook.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Uphold DO & CO standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promptly report any food safety concerns to the manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
