ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pastry Intern to join our central kitchen team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pastry production, learn directly from skilled pastry chefs, and be part of the daily operations that bring our pastries to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist pastry chefs with daily production, including:Weighing and preparing ingredientsCookie cutting and dough portioningSplitting and handling dough for baking
  • Support in the morning assembly and decoration of éclairs, ensuring quality and consistency in presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout the day
  • Participate in end-of-day kitchen cleaning and equipment maintenance to ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld
