Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Pastry Junior Sous Chef , you will work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to oversee the daily operations of the pastry section. This includes supervising the team, ensuring high-quality production of desserts and baked goods, and contributing to the development of innovative menu items. Your leadership and creativity will help deliver unforgettable dining experiences to our guests.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support the Executive Pastry Chef in managing the pastry kitchen operation
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure consistent production of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked items
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization
  • Assist with menu development, cost control, and inventory management
  • Uphold the Four Seasons standard of excellence in all aspects of pastry preparation and presentation
