REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the pastry/culinary field in a high volume setting or a Culinary Degree and 1 years related experience
  • Detailed knowledge of cake dough, yeast dough, creams/custards, and jam
  • Experience managing and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Experience in working with kitchen PARs to manage supply and inventory efficiently with minimal waste
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and food inventory levels
