REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of total relevant experience in the catering industry
• Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing)
• In depth knowledge of produce and food preparation
• Interest and enthusiasm in the hospitality industry
• Know and Respect the HACCP rules
• Motivated to learn the luxury pastry
• Preference will be given to those who can join immediately

Experience:

• Pastry Maker: 2 years (Required)

• Prepare a wide variety of cakes, cookies etc.
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be as per the standard of the branch
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc.
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Know and Respect the HACCP rules
