PASTRY ASSOCIATE/ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Pastry Associate/Assistant to support our Executive Chef and production team in the daily preparation of macarons, chocolates, and ice creams. This is a full-time position based in Moonachie, New Jersey, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. multiple times per day.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble (stick) macarons.
  • Pack and seal the daily macaron production.
  • Assist with ganache and jam production.
  • Help pipe ganache and jam for macarons.
  • Assist in mixing macaron flour using TPT techniques.
  • Support the production of chocolates and ice creams.
  • Assist with fulfilling and shipping daily orders.
