DESCRIPTION: Job Summary The Pastry Sous Chef works alongside the management team to lead and oversee our hourly pastry team through the daily high-volume production in the kitchen. This role requires a hands-on approach, where the Pastry Sous Chef will actively participate in production while also upkeeping administrative responsibilities and people management skills. Responsibilities
