JOB DESCRIPTION
The Pastry Sous Chef oversees the production of all pastries for an Eataly, including: Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies and other dolci. Reports directly to the Executive Chef and reports functionally to the Head of Pastry; manages a pastry team of about 10 employees.
