Calling all passionate pastry chefs! We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our clients prestigious Country House hotel as a Pastry Sous Chef.
As Pastry Sous Chef you will be working alongside our talented culinary team in the heart of the New Forest, where you’ll have the chance to showcase your exceptional pastry skills and lead a team and develop the junior pastry chefs.
As Pastry Sous Chef you will become a key member of the senior management team - As Pastry Sous Chef you will need to be passionate about developing and manage a team of junior pastry chefs.
Want to work in a stunning country house hotel with a kitchen garden that supplies the kitchen daily.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional pastry skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in a similar role, leading and developing a team of junior chefs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Passion for using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Formal culinary training or a relevant qualification in pastry arts
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
