We are looking to hire a Pastry Chef to join our Social Bakery Team. Someone dedicated and interested in learning the Art of pastry. No culinary schooling needed but experience is a plus. Great opportunity to grow and work with an award winning Chef at our highly reputable bakery.
*Motivated with good energy a must

*Must have reliable transportation

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Mixing creams, and preparing all ingredients from scratch
• Able to follow recipes and listen to instructions accurately
• Knowledge of pastry arts and ingredients is a plus
• Good sense of planning and preparation for the day ahead
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Punctual and discipline to ensure optimal work performance
• Physically able to stand for long hours every day (5 Days/Week)Oversee other staff members as necessary
• Create and prepare all specified pastry items as required by the business
• Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all time
• If hired…Maintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients
• Full time (5x days per week)
