Pastry Sous Chef
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Pastry team in the success of all bake shop operations, assuring the proper preparation of all baked items for the Resort’s restaurants, food, and beverage outlets, with a focus on conventions day-to-day pastry production and operations. Acts as second-in-command, ensuring smooth operations and consistent standards when the Executive Pastry Chef is away.
Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must.
