JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re hiring a Pastry Sous Chef to support our Executive Pastry Chef in leading production and developing our growing bakery program. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about scratch baking, team leadership, and seasonal innovation.

• Prepare and produce pastries, cookies, muffins, laminated doughs, breads, and seasonal treats
• Lead shifts and guide team members in daily prep and production
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality standards
• Assist with recipe scaling, inventory, and kitchen organization
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
• Support seasonal recipe development and testing
