Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Pastry Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop and execute exquisite desserts that complement our refined dining experience. You will lead a team of pastry chefs, ensuring the highest quality, consistency, and presentation in every creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in designing and executing an outstanding pastry menu that aligns with our brand’s luxury dining concept.
  • Oversee daily pastry production, maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise the pastry team to uphold excellence in technique and service.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert concepts and seasonal menu updates.
  • Manage inventory, sourcing premium ingredients while controlling costs.
