Associate degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred
2 years of leadership experience in a team environment
Ability to work in multiple regional locations
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
Must have reliable transportation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 75 pounds
Must be able to taste product for quality assurance i.e buttercream(s), cake(s) and cupcake(s)batter, cookie dough and other recipes as assigned.
Responsibilities
Leads the teams by motivating, training, and developing the culinary team members in decorations skills; decoration, finishing and inscribing on a variety of products; including but not limited to cakes, cupcakes, and frosted sugar cookies
Assign daily decorations needs to team members and ensure their completion
Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards
