QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred
  • 2 years of leadership experience in a team environment
  • Ability to work in multiple regional locations
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
  • Must have reliable transportation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to taste product for quality assurance i.e buttercream(s), cake(s) and cupcake(s)batter, cookie dough and other recipes as assigned.
Responsibilities
  • Leads the teams by motivating, training, and developing the culinary team members in decorations skills; decoration, finishing and inscribing on a variety of products; including but not limited to cakes, cupcakes, and frosted sugar cookies
  • Assign daily decorations needs to team members and ensure their completion
  • Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards
