This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and leadership skills to guide teams in building high-performing, scalable systems. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and lead design of performance-optimized database and application solutions. - Mentor and guide developers in best practices for DB design and .NET development. - Review and optimize query execution plans and application performance. - Drive adoption of SOLID principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align with business goals. - Conduct code reviews and performance audits to maintain high standards. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Required Technical Skills: - Expert-level MSSQL: DB design, performance tuning, query optimization. - Advanced .NET development: C#/VB.Net, OOP, multi-threading, LINQ, TPL, ASP.Net. - Proven experience in leading teams and delivering scalable solutions. - Strong grasp of architectural principles including SOLID and microservices.
