PAT Tester - must be able to drive
X1 are looking for a fast paced, professional and passionate person to join our friendly and successful team as a PAT Tester. The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently ,quickly and efficiently. This role will be based on site across our numerous buildings across the North West where the majority of working will be alone. No previous experience is required for this role as full training will be provided and you will also be sent on a PAT Testing training course where you will earn a qualification.

Your role - PAT Tester
You will be entering both tenanted and untenanted properties across the North West to carry out essential Portable Appliance Testing on all appliances provided by our landlords. This testing is a legal requirement, so attention to detail is essential to ensure our properties are fully compliant with property legislation.
You will have use of a company vehicle to get to each property.

You will be:

• Carrying out PAT tests
• Completing accurate PAT testing reports
• Liaising with the Property Compliance Manager to ensure all daily scheduled PAT tests are completed in a timely manner
• Speaking with tenants in tenanted properties

Department: Property Management
Salary - £23,810 per annum
Location: Liverpool with travel to Manchester
Contract type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
