Description
Responsible for: Responsible for notification, aggregation, assessment, testing and deployment of operating system and some vendor supplied softwares patches cross all the FUJIFILM DMS sites. Extent of Authority: Decision making within the scope of standards and procedures for role Maintenance and configuration of the DMS Patch Management database Aggregation, assessment, testing, and deployment of operating-system and other software-vendor supplied patches on a regular and/or as-needed basis Main Activities: Maintain the Patch Management process ( notification, aggregation, assessment, testing and deployment of operating system and some vendor supplied softwares patches ) Maintain the asset and inventory master list Maintain the patching schedule Produce monthly compliance reporting Ensure you do not discriminate against, harass or bully co-workers, prospective co-workers, FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions Pty Limited (FUJIFILM DMS) sub-contractors, visitors, clients or customers and ensure you treat people with fairness and respect in the performance of your duties. Ensure all FUJIFILM DMS policies, including Business Management System and Security policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure Work Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure that you, and employees within your area of responsibility, take care at all times to work in a safe manner and report workplace hazards. Key Skills and Personality Traits: Working knowledge of Microsoft patching applications is essential Previous experience using MS-WSUS and MS-SCCM is highly regarded Previous experience using Windows Servers and Windows Desktop technical knowledge of IT infrastructure would be beneficial Knowledge of the principles of ISMS and PCI compliance would be beneficial Strong problem solving and analysis skills Prioritisation and time management skills Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel Proactive, methodical, procedural, risk-minded approach to the job at hand Good communications and knowledge of the English language essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good team player Helpful and proactive approach to all requests for help Qualifications and Typical Experience: Tertiary degree in IT OR equivalent IT experience Special Circumstances: Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area. Must be eligible to legally work in Philippines Employment is dependent on a national police criminal history check that is acceptable to FUJIFILM DMS Additional security clearances may be required as requested by FUJIFILM DMS or its clients. Required to work reasonable additional hours as may be necessary to meet the requirements of the position. Maintain FUJIFILM DMS and client confidentiality. Some travel may be required to various FUJIFILM DMS sites, interstate or overseas to meet requirements of the role. May be needed to be on-call from time to time to meet requirements of the role. Required to participate in workplace fit-for-work initiatives (including stretching programs).
