• Support and implementation of internal processes of the patent department as well as processes with patent offices and external patent attorneys
• Data maintenance of the patent management software
• Coordination and implementation of the AVL internal signature run
• Communication with inventors
• Administration and monitoring of third-party protection rights (in particular data maintenance, communication with clerks, deadline monitoring)
