POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Patent Agent specializing in Organic Chemistry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in protecting their intellectual property by preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO and other relevant authorities. This role requires a deep understanding of organic chemistry, as well as the patent prosecution process in the pharmaceutical sector.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Registered Patent Agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Experience in patent prosecution, particularly in a law firm setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
