Description
As an Analyst on the team, you will manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and key deliverables. You will play a key role in helping to launch several new initiatives focused on driving Net New Asset growth this year This role will include collaboration with teams across business units and geographic regions to advance strategic projects and operational improvements. The role will be Field-facing, requiring the candidate to coordinate with Financial Advisors and Field Management As a core contributor to the team, you will provide data-driven insights and help develop strategic recommendations alongside senior colleagues In this role, you will work closely with senior colleagues and senior leadership to support and enhance the operations of our lead distribution process. You will contribute to the narrative for the Firm's Path to Advice strategy and assist in delivering key materials for external audiences Develop concise and effective presentations that communicate strategic priorities and insights Collaborate with various business and operational teams to improve opportunities delivered to Financial Advisors Work across multiple lines of business and operation departments to improve opportunities sent to Financial Advisors Support and help execute test & learn campaigns by analyzing performance data and identifying actionable optimization opportunities Participate in senior-level discussions and contribute to the delivery of insights that inform both tactical and long-term business decisions Bachelor's degree required 1-3 years in top-tier management consulting, technology or financial services firm Experience in financial services preferred, Wealth Management expertise a plus Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solid financial modeling skills a plus Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style and ability to influence stakeholders; experience working across teams and with senior leadership a plus Project management skills, including ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail and results-oriented individual Strong team player, and high energy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Coding and Data Analytics skills a plus (SQL, Python, VBA, Dataiku, Tableau) Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
