PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join our hospital-based practice in Carrollton, Georgia. Candidates based in the metro Atlanta area are welcome to apply. This position can offer a hybrid schedule with on-site coverage in Carrollton the equivalent of two weeks per month and remote work for the remainder. Key Responsibilities: * General surgical pathology and cytopathology sign-out * Frozen section and intraoperative consultation * Clinical pathology oversight and laboratory quality improvement * Participation in tumor boards and interdisciplinary clinical discussions Qualifications * Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution * AP/CP Board Certification or Board Eligibility * Eligible for Georgia medical license * Strong diagnostic skills and effective communication * Comfort working in a busy, diverse hospital environment

Responsibilities

The pathologist will be responsible for general surgical pathology and cytopathology sign-out, as well as clinical pathology oversight and laboratory quality improvement. Participation in tumor boards and interdisciplinary clinical discussions is also expected.
