Do you want to shape the future of diagnostics in pediatric oncology? At the Princess Máxima Center, diagnostics is a driving force for clinical care, research, and innovation. Within our integrated laboratory, clinical, pathological, and molecular insights are brought together through close interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver one cohesive, high-impact diagnosis.
As a pathologist, you are at the forefront of this process – translating complex data into precision medicine, and helping accelerate progress in pediatric oncology.
Our laboratory forms a vital bridge between care and research, not only by delivering integrated diagnostics, but also by actively connecting both domains though shared expertise and innovation. All diagnostic disciplines are embedded within a single department, including cytomorphology, histology, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and advanced, state-of-the-art molecular diagnostics including whole genome sequencing, whole transcriptome sequencing, and methylation profiling. New research findings are rapidly translated into routine diagnostics, ensuring that precision medicine is our standard-of-care.
