SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a skilled Pathologist to join our esteemed healthcare client's team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in diagnosing diseases through the examination of tissues, organs, and bodily fluids. You will work closely with other medical professionals to deliver accurate diagnoses and contribute to effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pathology specimens, including histological and cytological samples. Provide timely and accurate pathologic diagnoses and reports to attending physicians. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient management. Ensure adherence to laboratory standards and quality control measures. Stay current with advancements in pathology and participate in relevant continuing education opportunities. MD or DO degree with specialty training in Pathology. Board certification in Pathology. 2+ years of experience in a clinical pathology environment preferred. Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, including quality control and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Effective communication skills to liaise with healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsibilities
