Description Description of Position The Pathway Coordinator supports NNU eCampus by developing, maintaining, and monitoring academic pathways that guide students from admission to graduation. Working closely with the Director of Academic Operations, this role ensures programs of study are clearly structured, student centered and aligned with institutional goals. The Pathway Coordinator provides personalized academic support through advising, registration, and proactive student communication. This is a non-exempt, full-time, 12-month position which reports to the Academic Operations Director. Essential Functions • Develop and maintain programs of study for students, ensuring alignment with program goals • Provide academic guidance and degree planning support to students • Promote student retention and persistence, by connecting with advising students every session and responding to questions and concerns • Register students for the courses outlined in their course of study • Provide feedback to administration on students’ pathway effectiveness and recommend improvements • Review and process Credit for Prior Learning submissions in collaboration with faculty directors • Other duties as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, psychology, business, or a related field • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff • Proficiency with student information systems, learning management systems, and common office software Preferred Qualifications • Experience in academic advising or career development • Experience working with adult learners • Familiarity with pathway development or program advising Compensation Salary is determined based on educational background and experience.
