Our Purpose, Your Impact

Through being successful in receiving a grant, we are looking to introduce an integrated service and training initiative that is aimed at strengthening the mental health and wellbeing of children, families and the professionals who support them. The new Pathways to Wellbeing Program Lead role will deliver therapeutic group programs for children and families, strengthen referral pathways and community support networks and build workforce capacity in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.

  • Pay rate: $53.17 per hour
  • Hours per week: 22.8
  • Position type: Maximum Term Part-Time until 31st August 2026
  • Location: Campbelltown

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related discipline
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong understanding of child and youth development, mental health and wellbeing frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating or delivering early intervention programs in school or community settings
  • Understanding of trauma-informed, culturally safe and inclusive practices
  • Excellent organisational, communication and report writing skills
  • Warm, relational approach in dynamic program environments
