We are very excited to launch our Portland Hospital Outpatient Centre in Hale, Cheshire and are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about delivering the 5-star service synonymous with The Portland Hospital brand. You will make a real difference by providing support to our Patient Experience Manager in the smooth running of the facility & maintaining our impeccable standards. You will work closely with The Wilmslow Hospital and The Christie Private Care with regards to onward treatment for women’s health services and The Portland Hospital in London with regards to private deliveries and children’s services.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with The Patient Experience Manager and the Clinical Services Manager to ensure 5* excellence across the facility
  • Forming part of the Front of House team, being the first point of contact for patients, Consultants and visitors
  • Dealing with enquiries in person, via telephone and email.
  • Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks
