How you’ll make an impact in this role Precision Scheduling & Coordination: Communicate directly with patients and clinical staff to accurately schedule prescribed procedures, ensuring the most efficient use of hospital resources and the patient's time. Data Integrity & Intake: Gather and verify comprehensive demographic, insurance, and clinical data, meticulously entering all information into the hospital database to ensure a seamless registration process. Insurance & Authorization Support: Assist with the coordination of insurance pre-certifications and authorizations, proactively resolving any discrepancies regarding the type, date, or location of services. Patient Advocacy & Education: Act as a primary resource for patients by providing clear counseling on pre-service requirements, clinical instructions, and financial responsibilities to ensure they are fully prepared for their visit. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
