Responsibilities The ECC Patient Access Representative is the first line of quality service to our patients and our guests. This position serves as the ambassador of service, setting the standard by which all other departments and services are judged. The position’s main responsibilities include greeting customers and subsequently providing the highest level of customer service possible. Timely and accurate registrations, complete benefit verifications, patient education (regarding benefits) and appropriate authorizations for services are the responsibility of the ECC Patient Access Representative. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION High school diploma or GED; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE Previous business office related experience of 1 to 5 years. REQUIRED sKILLS, kNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Excellent interpersonal skills required. Typing of 35 wpm.
