Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other office software. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival. Register patients, verify insurance information, and collect necessary documentation. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure timely service. Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information about services and procedures. Process patient payments and provide receipts for services rendered. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health records (EHR) system. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to patient privacy and information security.
Responsibilities
