Responsibilities Accurately collect, analyze, and record demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data in the system, ensuring all required documentation is complete. Maintain strong knowledge of insurance plans and verification processes. Answer and route phone calls professionally; take accurate messages. Educate patients on financial obligations, including point of service (POS) collections and estimates. Assist with patient selfservice registration processes. Monitor and manage multiple work queues to ensure timely workflow. Refer patients who need financial assistance with their clinic/hospital bills to a Financial Advocate Schedule walk in procedures and collaborate with central scheduling regarding other needs Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least two years of customer service or healthcare related experience is preferred. License/Certification: None
