Responsibilities Key Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in patient billing, customer service, or revenue cycle operations • Knowledge of insurance verification, billing processes, and financial counseling • Experience resolving billing discrepancies and managing patient account inquiries • Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient-focused approach • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Qualifications Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1+ years of experience in patient financial counseling, medical billing, or a related healthcare setting • Knowledge of insurance coverage, benefits, and payment plan options • Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient-focused approach • Experience resolving billing discrepancies and managing account inquiries • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards
