Shift: Mon - Thur: 8 - 4:45 and Friday 8 - 4:30 POSITION OVERVIEW: Handling a large number of inbound calls from patients for all 10 of their locations. Triaging calls to RN's when needed. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for patients.
