Key Responsibilities: * Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management * Collecting information such as patient details, medical history, billing, and insurance information, etc. * Providing patients with billing and payment information * Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in patient registration or a similar healthcare administrative role * Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
