Patient Registration Associate (Part-Time) Location: Salem, IN Shift: Saturdays & Sundays, 3 PM – 11 PM What You’ll Do You’ll be the first friendly face patients see when they arrive at the hospital. Your role is all about making check-in smooth and stress-free. While the environment can be fast-paced, you’ll be the person patients rely on for answers and reassurance. Guide patients through registration: Collect accurate information quickly while listening with compassion. Work with technology: Use multiple computer systems and answer phones to keep the process moving. You’ll often switch between screens and programs, so being comfortable with tech and typing fast is key. Support patients in stressful moments: Many patients may feel anxious or unwell. Your ability to listen, ask questions, and ease concerns will make a big difference. Stay adaptable: Emergencies happen, and clinicians may interrupt registration for urgent care. You’ll need to think on your feet and keep things moving. Be part of a supportive team: We care about your growth and career goals. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
