Find out how you can Make It Possible. Patient Access Supervisor – Lower Manhattan Hospital - Evenings Come join a team that is providing additional services to enhance patient care. Lead a team of Patient Registrars in providing guidance in day-to-day operations, patient flow, communicating with insurances and streamlining registration processes. This position generally works from 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday Preferred Criteria Previous supervisory experience Strong Customer Service focus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to focus detailed, concentrated effort to multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues Demonstrated ability to coordinate activity in a busy environment within the context of a large medical center and health care delivery system.
