This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Patient Account Representative based in United States. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and resolution of healthcare billing and insurance accounts within a fast-paced revenue cycle environment. You will focus on resolving insurance denials, processing account transactions, and supporting timely reimbursement for medical services provided across specialized clinical areas. Working closely with internal teams and external insurers, you will help maintain financial integrity and optimize accounts receivable performance. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage deadlines while handling sensitive healthcare data. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, including lean practices and workflow optimization.
