We’re Hiring: Patient Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator – Georgetown, ON As we continue to grow our clinics in the Georgetown area, we’re looking for a Patient Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator who is passionate about building relationships, connecting with local communities, and helping more patients access care. This role is all about being out in the community—developing partnerships, building trust, and creating meaningful connections that naturally introduce new patients to our clinics. If you’re outgoing, well-connected (or eager to be), and enjoy meeting people while making a real impact locally, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing Community Outreach & Engagement Represent our clinics at local events, schools, health fairs, and community initiatives Build awareness of our clinics through face-to-face engagement Connect with individuals and families in a natural, relationship-first way Partnership Development Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners Identify opportunities to collaborate within the Burlington community Develop partnerships that lead to consistent patient referrals Patient Acquisition & Growth Act as a friendly first point of contact for prospective patients Help guide individuals into care and support their first interaction with the clinic Support referral programs and local growth initiatives Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with clinic and marketing teams to align outreach efforts Share insights from the community to support marketing and patient experience Track outreach activity, leads, and overall impact The Role Part-Time – 20 to 25 hours per week Compensation: $18 to $20/hour (based on experience) + bonus/commission opportunities What You Bring 2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, business development, or a similar role Strong relationship-building and networking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Experience in healthcare or dental is an asset (but not required) Familiarity with the Burlington community is a strong asset Second language proficiency is an asset Valid driver’s license and access to transportation may be required You’re Also Someone Who: Is confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people daily Enjoys being active in the community rather than behind a desk Builds trust quickly and maintains strong relationships Is organized and able to manage multiple outreach initiatives Brings energy, initiative, and a growth-focused mindset A Bit More About Us Halton Village Dental is part of Anytime Dental Group, proudly backed by Passion Dental Group—a fast-growing network of clinics across Ontario.
