Here you can get involved

  • at the reception and administrative care of outpatients and inpatients in the patient admissions department
  • in the recording and capture of patient data in the ERP system Navision
  • in checking and clarifying insurance coverage with accident insurance companies and health insurance funds
  • in ensuring the correct and complete recording of patient data
  • as a contact person for patients, relatives and external bodies regarding administrative questions
  • in the preparation of elective admissions
  • in email correspondence and other back office tasks

She

  • possess a completed commercial or medical education or comparable qualification
  • Having experience in the healthcare sector, especially in patient admission, administration or secretarial work, is an advantage. 
  • They have excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy.
  • They have a structured and independent work style, even in stressful situations.
  • possess good computer skills (MS Office is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of social security systems
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
