As an Patient Administration Coordinator, you will set the first impression for our patients, so a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills are imperative. Medical experience is not required, but you should be comfortable using and learning a variety of technologies and software. It is also important that you are detail-oriented. With North Carolina being our newest location, initial training will be conducted within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. All travel expenses will be fully compensated, and we will provide further details during the interview process. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow * Perform patient check‑in and check‑out, confirming accurate demographic and insurance information * Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars * Complete insurance verification, eligibility checks, and authorization processes * Prepare charts and ensure all required documentation is ready prior to patient visits * Communicate with patients via phone, text, and electronic messaging platforms * Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow * Maintain inventory of front office and patient‑facing administrative supplies * Ensure adherence to front office administration policies, procedures, and workflows * Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the clinic/location * Support reporting activities, audits, and quality improvement initiatives * Assist with packaging and shipments as needed * Provide support with basic clinical tasks when appropriate and trained About you… Regardless of position in the organization, these are the core values we look for: * Our name means everything!
