Your profile

• Training as a medical assistant or in the commercial sector.
• Initial experience in healthcare, ideally with a HIS such as ORBIS.
• You work independently and don't want to have to constantly coordinate with others.
• You think along with us and recognize where things are unnecessarily complicated.
• You don't just want to complete tasks, but to understand and improve.

Your tasks

• You manage the admission and administrative registration of our patients.
• You are responsible for billing (outpatient, inpatient, pre- and post-inpatient).
• You secure revenue and clarify any questions with payers and self-payers.
• You work closely with medical controlling.
• You recognize where processes are not running smoothly and you fix them.
