QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • One year of Community College; Medical Terminology course preferred.
  • One year of Administrative/Business experience in a health care setting preferred.
  • Typing at 40 net words per minute or keyboarding at 106 net keystrokes per minute.
  • Advanced computer skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills Essential.
  • Ability to organize work effectively, and work at a fast pace in an unpredictable environment that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to deal with conflict and communicate appropriately with residents, families and staff.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to work in an interprofessional team environment.
