Patient admission staff (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time employment

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the medical field
• Friendly demeanor and good manners towards patients, customers and colleagues
• Skill in administrative admission processes and medical administration
• Demonstrated good knowledge of medical nomenclature and modern word processing
• Enjoyment of independent work, organizational talent and flexibility
• Service-oriented thinking and action
• Willingness and ability to collaborate interprofessionally
• Secure and professional communication
• You are characterized by enthusiasm, commitment and team spirit.
• A high degree of empathy and human-social competence

Your tasks:

• Inpatient admission/case management
• Terminkoordination
• Creation, dispatch and filing of medical letters and findings
• File management and mail processing
• Collaboration with all professional groups of the clinic
