• You are responsible for the admission of outpatients and inpatients.
• Thanks to you, complete and accurate recording of outpatient and inpatient patient and case data is ensured.
• You will review and clarify insurance coverage (including requesting deposit payment).
• You usually work during the day (between 06:35 and 22:45) and are willing to occasionally work night shifts (22:20 to 07:05).
• Providing patient documentation completes your range of tasks.

Your profile

• Completed commercial or comparable basic training
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Routine and efficiency in common office applications
• Excellent written German skills and good knowledge of English and other languages ​​are an advantage.
• High flexibility regarding working days and working hours

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 65,000 and 83,000 Swiss francs per year.

Your exact salary will depend on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet possess the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, be placed below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary increases will depend on your performance and the financial resources of the Eleonore Foundation.

Leave your car at home.

With a minimum employment level of 50% and a contract duration of six months or more, you receive CHF 500 per year towards the SBB General Abonnement (GA) or approximately a 25% discount on the ZVV BonusPass for the entire ZVV network.
